PAYMENT TERMS

All transactions on RobertCGrayCo.com are in United States dollars. RobertCGrayCo.Com accepts payment in US currency, cashiers checks, personal checks, money orders, and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). There will be a $30.00 fee for any returned checks or credit card charge backs.

RETURNS

RobertCGrayCo.Com offers a limited return policy as a courtesy to its customers on most products. Coin cleaners and other chemicals cannot be returned as we can not be assured that they have not been contaminated. For all other products, RobertCGrayCo.Com must be notified of any return by contacting RobertCGrayCo.Com within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Buyer is responsible for the condition of the merchandise until it is safely returned to RobertCGrayCo.Com. All returns will be void if the returned item(s) have been damaged or otherwise modified from their original condition as shipped to the Buyer. All items sold to Buyer with outer retail packaging must be returned with the outer packaging intact and in good condition. RobertCGrayCo.Com does not refund postage and handling charges or Buyer’s shipping costs to return item(s) to RobertCGrayCo.Com (unless prior agreement has been made with Buyer).
